How to do it
Setup
- 1Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand at your sides, palms facing in.
- 2Keep feet hip-width apart and abs braced.
- 3Let the shoulders relax down to start.
Execution
- 1Lift your shoulders straight up toward your ears.
- 2Pause for a second at the top.
- 3Lower slowly to a full stretch.
- 4Keep the arms straight and the head still.

Exhale as you shrug up, inhale as you lower.
