Greek Yogurt Protein Parfait

Thick vanilla-protein Greek yogurt layered with berries, crunchy granola and toasted almonds. Over 40 g protein in a glass, ready in five minutes.

Method

  1. 1

    Whisk the whey into the Greek yogurt until smooth and lump-free. Add a splash of milk if it gets too thick.

    Lightly crush half the berries with a fork so they release their juice.

  3. 3

    Layer a glass or jar: yogurt, crushed berries, granola, then repeat.

  4. 4

    Top with the whole berries, toasted almonds and a drizzle of honey. Add the granola just before eating so it stays crunchy.

Substitutions

  • Vegan: use soya or pea-protein yogurt and a plant protein powder.
  • Lower-carb: swap the granola for 20 g mixed nuts and seeds and skip the honey.
  • No protein powder? Use 300 g skyr instead of the Greek yogurt for a similar protein hit.
