In a bowl, whisk the whey into the milk until there are no lumps.

Stir in the oats, chia, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

Divide between two jars or tubs, seal and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours) so the oats and chia soften and thicken.

In the morning, stir, loosen with a splash of milk if needed and top with the berries. Keeps for 3 days in the fridge.

- Lower-carb: halve the oats and add 20 g more chia plus extra milk.
